HDMI Video Encoder


What should we do if it prompts you "failed to upgrade" or "upload failure"?

  1. 1.
    Please double check whether the network connection is normal;
  2. 2.
    Please select the device(s), click "Cancel" and then click "Upgrade" again;

What should we do if it's failed to detect the encoder via IPCManager after upgrading?

  1. 1.
    Please double confirm whether the encoder can be powered on and running;
  2. 2.
    Please make sure you still remember the IP of encoder and it's okay to PING it;
  3. 3.
    Please download and install IPCManager_V3.00.08 and follow below steps:
  • Always PING (for example)
  • Click Firmware Upgrade->Enter the Specified IP->Add IPC
  • Select the latest firmare->Enter User Name and Password->Select the device->Upgrade
  • If failed to upgrade, please try to connect it to your PC with ethernet cable and try again;
