Why is there no HDMI output when connecting to DLSR camera, camcorder, TV box etc.?

It might be related to the compatibility issue of HDMI and it's strongly recommended to use 1080P instead of 1080i as the output resolution. Please follow below steps:

  1. Power off the transmitter and plug out the HDMI cable;

  2. Try to set the output resolution for your camcorder like 1920*1080(1080P);

  3. Plug in the HDMI cable and power on the transmitter;

  4. Check whether there's HDMI output or not;

If it still cannot output image correctly or it's only 1080i for your camcorder, please follow below steps:

  1. Try to upgrade the transmitter with latest firmware which might help;

  2. Try to buy one HDMI EDID emulator like which is verified by connecting to JVC camcorder;
