Quick Start for IPCManager
Modify Password via IPCManager
Run IPCManager if you already installed it;
Go to Tab "Configurations"->Refresh->Modify Password
Enter the new password->Confirm password->Click "Set"
Try to access the encoder from browser to verify whether it's valid;
