Troubleshooting & Solutions

Q1. Black Screen, No Image at RX(Common for 4K)

A: The default output resolution is 3840x2160p for 4K RX. When black screen occurs but RUN indicator is still flashing, it means the display doesn’t support 4K, then it’s needed to lower the output resolution, such as 1080P or 720P. Just press and hold the RST button of RX for about 1s to automatically switch to different resolution outputs.

Q2. Always Displaying Connect to TX at RX

  1. Please check if TX is powered on normally.

  2. If image stuck at RX, it’s better to shorten transmission distance.

Q3. Always Displaying No Signal Input at RX

  1. Please check if the HDMI output from signal source is normal

  2. Please confirm if output resolution is within the supported range

  3. Please confirm if signal source is connected to the HDMI IN of TX.

Q4. Always Displaying No Match at RX

A. It means TX and RX(s) are not paired and need to be paired again. By default it’s well paired at the factory. Generally, pairing is only required when restoring factory settings or adding a receiver.

Q5. Short Transmission Distance

  1. Signal weak, pls adjust the antenna angle or the device placement.

  2. Signal cannot directly penetrate reinforced concrete floors, load-bearing walls, elevator shafts, iron sheets and other buildings. Because the signal will be reflected back when it hits metal.

  3. Multiple sets of devices are working at the same time. Pls adjust the WIFI channel to avoid channel congestion.

Q6. Screen Frozen

  1. Signal weak, pls adjust the angle of the antenna to be vertical to the ground or adjust the placement of the device.

  2. 1080i Unavailable. If abnormal signal, pls switch to 1080P or 720P

  3. Multiple sets of devices are working at the same time. Pls adjust the WIFI channel to avoid channel congestion

Q7. Infrared Return Invalid

  1. The IR receiving line is plugged into TX, and the IR receiving head should be close to remote control receiving head of set-top box or DVD.

  2. It’s only used for signal transmission and can transmit IR remote control signal, but no remote control is provided by default.

Q8. HDMI Loopout Failed

  1. Pls make sure if HDMI cable is well connected to HDMI OUT of TX
