## Why is it failed to screen mirroring after tabbing the button of transmitter?

There're several possible reasons below:

* Please check whether the transmitter and receiver are well paired before using; If not, please try to pair the transmitter and receiver again;
* Please check whether the driver is installed successfully if it's the first time to use it;
* Please check whether there's one pop-up message "Connected, Ready to Share" on the right bottom side of your PC;
* Please check whether the receiver has successfully powered on and entered the standby screen;

\-->If still failed after the above confirmation, then it might be related to the long transmission distance which should be necessary to shorten accordingly.

## Why does it show "Black Screen" or "No Image"?

There're several reasons as below:

* Please check whether the display/monitor is well powered on and running;
* Please check whether the indicator of receiver is lit up successfully;
* Please check whether the HDMI cable is well connected and input channel of display/monitor is correct or switched correctly;
