The UI will be updated completely but functions are basically same.  Later brand new features will be updated accordingly, especially for broadcasting scenario like video conference, medical forum etc.
All units shipped from China from April 28th will be in the latest hardware version. All units shipped from warehouses in Amazon US and Amazon EU might be starting around June 20th.
